Privacy Policy

Short version: This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or trackers. We only receive personal information when you choose to email us, and we use it solely to reply to you. Our apps keep children's data on the device — we never collect, sell or share it.

Information this website collects

The website is a set of static pages. It does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or social-media trackers, and it does not create a profile of you.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us to reply to your message, provide the service or information you asked about, and keep a record of our correspondence. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and — where relevant — on taking steps to enter into or perform a contract with you.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as our website host and email provider — and only as needed to provide those services, or where required by law.

Our apps

Our apps are designed to be private by default: no ads, no third-party tracking, and no child profiling — and we never sell your data. What a child does generally stays on the device. Some apps may offer an optional account — for example to save or sync content across devices — but where they do, it is clearly explained, and never used for advertising. Each app has its own privacy policy describing exactly how it handles data — for example, see the Happy Little Clicks privacy policy. Purchases are handled by Apple's App Store and Google Play under their own terms; we never see your payment details.

Children's privacy

Our apps are made for young children, so we keep any data collection to the minimum an app genuinely needs, never collect personal data for advertising, and show no advertising at all. We do not profile children or sell or share their information.

Retention

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@thehappylittlefamily.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the date above.
