Short version: This website is a brand and directory site — it introduces the Happy Little family of apps and links out to each one. It isn't a store and doesn't process payments. Each app has its own separate Terms of Use that governs your use of that app; these Terms cover only the website itself.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the thehappylittlefamily.com website ("this website"), provided by Myburgh Solutions B.V. ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

thehappylittlefamily.com describes the Happy Little family of children's apps and Myburgh Solutions B.V., the company behind them, and links out to each app's own website and store listing. It does not offer anything for sale, does not require an account, and does not process payments — any purchase happens on Apple's App Store or Google Play, under their own terms.

3. Using this website

You may browse and use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, introducing malware, scraping or harvesting it at a disruptive scale, or using it in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this website — including its text, design and layout, and the "The Happy Little Family" name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Myburgh Solutions B.V. and protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from any part of this website without our prior written permission. Each individual app's own name, icon and branding remain that app's own.

5. Links to apps and other websites

This website links to the individual websites for apps in the Happy Little family, to Myburgh Solutions B.V.'s own website, and to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Each of those destinations has its own terms of use and privacy policy, which we encourage you to read — they are separate from, and not covered by, these Terms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party site we link to.

6. No warranty

This website is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate, available and up to date — including the status shown for each app — but we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or viruses, and information on it may change without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myburgh Solutions B.V. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may update this website and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
